Just now on the bus ride home... i was thinking how i can get involve in the filling up of manpower and initial stage of planning. Thinking that only way to get involve is position (prolly truma from yiyun >:O), i tried to ask sam if adam got vote to do tt or volunteered to do it, if he was voted in it would be easy to ask him if he can give  me tt position :( if he volunteered it would be difficult then....
But while bathing just now! i remembered!!  Disposition not Position, one of the golden rule in leading upwards.
